BDAC=Styleとは
BDAC=Style(ビーダックスタイル)とは、住設メーカー最大手のLIXILが主催するデザイン住宅のプロデュースシステムです。
デザイン住宅を検討される建主様のご要望を元に、BDAC=Styleの登録建築家をご紹介します。
「良い住まいづくりを提供する」ということを目的に設立された仕組みとなります。
BDAC=Styleの建築家について
BDAC=Styleの建築家は厳正な審査を経て登録されています。
書類審査だけではなく、「相談しやすい人柄」かどうか、他にも
- ・設計事務所の主催者で長く事務所の運営をしている
- ・木造住宅の意匠設計経験が充実している
- ・コンテスト受賞歴やマスメディアに紹介され評価される
などの審査項目を設けています。
BDAC=Styleのシステムについて
上記の著名な建築家に基本設計を2プランまで、30万円(税別)一律にて設計していただけます。
またBDAC=Styleから要望にあった建築家を推薦してくれ、打合せまでのおおよその期間や回数が決まっているので、計画的に家づくりを進めることができます。
工務店(当社)が主体となるので、工期や予算の管理も安心してお任せください。
BDAC=Styleはさまざまなデザインが可能です
この図のように、和風や古民家風はもちろん北欧風からモダンまで、様々なデザインに対応が可能です。
ただし基本計画のみですので、施工のしっかりした工務店が造らなければよい家はできません。
